Starbucks will launch its 2026 holiday menu on Nov. 5, led by a new Tiramisu Velvet drink alongside returning seasonal staples including Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Sugar Cookie Latte and Gingerbread Chai.

The chain's Bearista Glass Cold Cup, a collectible that has drawn long lines in past years, is confirmed to return though Starbucks has not set an exact date beyond "later this season." Coverage of the launch has been inconsistent on the timing of the company's popular Red Cup Day promotion, with some outlets citing Nov. 17; Starbucks' own announcement does not name a specific date, so that figure should be treated as unconfirmed until the company says otherwise.

The holiday rollout is a closely watched barometer for the coffee chain, which has leaned on seasonal merchandise and limited-time drinks to drive store traffic during a stretch when many retailers see their highest foot traffic of the year.
