Cafe Rio vs Don Pedros in Vernal Utah
Cafe Rio no doubtly has good food and fast service with a great family atmosphere. However, it is disheartning when they start tacking on the little hidden costs for lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and guacamole or to have it enchilada style. You know that even with the side condiments there is no way it can cost more than $.50. When you get to the cashier your $6.95 burrito now costs $11.00. When you go to Don Pedro's you know just how much your food is going to cost when your done.
At Don Pedro's your server tries to speak english so that you can understand what he/she is saying.
At Cafe Rio's they speak so soft and fast you have to say what at least five times and then they look at you like your stupid and then say something in spanish to the worker next to them and they both laugh. You know they are talking about you!
You can set at a table at Don Pedro's and have a conversation.
At Cafe Rio's you can't talk with everyone sliding their chairs across the cement floor sending a screatching noise up your spine.
I'm not an excpert and I will probably will continue to patronage both establishments, but it does feel good to let my concerns known. :)
